Support Universal School Choice in Texas

Every child should have the opportunity to get the best education. Every parent should have the option to send their child to the school of their choice to get the best possible education with their tax dollars following the child. We agree with Governor Abbott, we support Education Savings Accounts (ESAs) for every parent in Texas. Call your elected official and make your voice heard.
ESAs should be available to everybody in Texas. Now is the time to expand ESAs to every child in the state. That will give all parents the ability to choose the best education option for their child.   -Governor Greg Abbott

The Case for Universal School Choice in Texas

In Texas, we have a problem. Our education system is facing challenges that cannot be ignored. Low graduation rates and achievement gaps are just some of the issues that need to be addressed. But how do we solve these problems? One solution that has been gaining traction is universal school choice also known as Education Saving Accounts (ESAs).

Universal School Choice would allow all parents to choose the best educational option for their child, regardless of their zip code or income level. This means that families would have access to a wider range of schools and programs, including charter schools, magnet schools, and private schools. By increasing competition and empowering parents, we can improve academic outcomes and give our children the education they deserve.

Please call these key State Reps. right now and urge them to return to the Capitol tomorrow evening at 6:00 pm for quorum. This is critical — the future our state depends on it!
